We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure. We accept no liability for forgotten items. Please check that you have removed your personal belongings from the safe and taken them with you.

You will find the door hangers by your checkroom in the anteroom. If you hang the page with “Please do not disturb” in front of your apartment door, none of our chambermaids will disturb your peace. If you would like a change of towels and garbage disposal, please hang the page with “Please change” in front of the door.

For the sake of our environment! Please hang up towels that you would like to use again. Towels lying on the floor will be replaced by our chambermaids when the door hanger is placed.

Please contact our reception if you would like a laundry service.

The 1400 FlexenLodge is equipped with an automated fire alarm system and fire detectors are installed in all apartments! Please avoid extreme steam-smoke development when cooking. If a fire breaks out in your apartment, please leave your apartment immediately. You will find various fire extinguishers in the stairwell!

All escape routes are signposted accordingly in the stairwell. In an emergency, leave your apartment immediately and follow the green escape route lighting.

All our apartments are equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as various kitchen utensils. If anything is missing or broken, please report this to reception so that we can arrange for a replacement.

We ask you to separate your garbage into glass, plastic, paper and residual waste! If you have your door tag with “Do not disturb” in front of your door, but still wish to dispose of your garbage, please place it in front of your apartment door in the morning and our staff will dispose of it.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments!

Smoking is permitted on your balcony and in designated areas.

The room safe is located in the bedroom wardrobe. Please read the operating instructions before using it. You will find these in the safe. When you leave, check that you have removed your personal belongings from the safe and taken them with you.

You will find your own ski depot for all your equipment on the first floor by the entrance area. You can easily open your ski depot with your room card and it is therefore only accessible to you.

To avoid long waiting times at the ski pass office, we would like to point out that you can also purchase them at the ski school office.

Each of the 70m² apartments has an allocated parking space in our underground garage. We ask our guests to only use the parking lot reserved for them. Please vacate your underground parking space by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Leave your parking card, which you will receive on arrival, clearly visible behind the windshield.

If you lose your room card, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement card. The lost room card will be blocked by us. We reserve the right to charge € 10.00 for the lost room card.

If you lose your Hubertus lift ticket, please contact us immediately so that it can be blocked. We reserve the right to charge € 30.00 for the lost card, as this must also be paid by us.
